Skandia performs consulting and problem resolution work for lenders and private owners on a wide range of projects that include analyzing the current state of entitlement and the tasks needed to complete the entitlement on the land, analyzing the status of building permits and the property on a stopped construction job and assembling the trades and tasks necessary to complete construction.
Skandia also has experience in all phases of the preparation of condominium documents and budgets. Skandia also has extensive experience in designing and implementing Sales and Marketing plans for both rental and condominium projects to complete a full work out strategy.
