Service Request


The day that you closed escrow was the day that your Limited Warranty began. Skandia’s Customer Service Department is committed to making your living experience as trouble free as possible. If your home is in need of warranty service, you will need to submit a warranty service request form so that the Skandia Customer Service Department may understand the nature of the service request and dispatch the appropriate service response. A step by step procedure describing how to submit a warranty service request can be found in your homeowner maintenance manual.


Once the Skandia Customer Service Department receives the service request form, you will be contacted by one of the Skandia Customer Service Technicians to schedule a service visit. During the appointment, the Service Technician will inspect the items noted on the warranty service request form and identify whether or not the item is covered under the Limited Fit and Finish Warranty. If the service request item is covered under the Limited Fit and Finish Warranty, it will be repaired in a timely manner and at no cost to you.


All warranty service requests must be submitted to the Skandia office by Fax or Mail. Skandia now offers an on-line warranty request form below to assist in the timely response to all service requests. Please completely fill out the form below including your name, address, email, day time phone numbers and a brief description of the nature of your warranty service request. Upon successful submittal of the warranty service request form, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment.
