Craig Gustafson President
Founded Skandia in 1977 after completing Real Estate and Marketing studies at San Diego State University in 1975. Through partnerships with private and institutional investors, has been the Managing Partner and General Contractor in all multi-family projects completed.

Carl Gustafson Vice President
Joined the Skandia team in 2001 after completing studies in Economics and Business at the University of Oregon. Has been an integral part of each Skandia project from the Acquisition of the land, through final lease-up or sell-out of the community.
